Bridgette Di Ferdinando is an award winning Social Psychologist & Board Advisor with over 20 years experience in Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Culture Transformation, HR Strategy & Leadership.  Her career has been global, working in management consulting and HR executive roles for organisations including IBM & Ernst & Young in Europe & the US.  She is currently the Chief Psychologist in APAC at the NeuroLeadership Institute, advising Ministers, CEOs and C-suite globally on the science behind organisational challenges and behavioural strategies that close the gap, making organisations more human. Bridgette is the author of leading research and articles on D&I, Leadership and culture, her most recent work delving into improving inclusive workforce participation for those with disabilities.  She is also the current board advisor on diversity and safety for the Queensland Music Industry.

 

In 2021 Bridgette’s work with a global law firm was nominated as most innovative by the Financial Times Europe. Bridgette also holds a patent that changed the face of Employee Self Service for front line workers while at IBM in the early 2000s, and was awarded the HR Technology Summit Technology of the year in New York.  She holds degrees in Social Psychology, Economics, and Leading Change from the University of Queensland and Harvard Business School.
